What We Offer
Parents are often in need of short-term care options — for work, errands, or emergencies. As a Happynest.baby partner, you get listed on our platform and provide hourly childcare under our brand and standards.
Parents Pay:
₹250/hour from 9 AM to 6 PM
₹350/hour from 6 PM to 8 PM
Revenue Sharing Model

Partner Requirements
To maintain the trust of parents, all partners must:
Provide a clean, safe and child-friendly space
Install CCTV cameras covering all corners (must be active during operating hours)
Provide basic food/snacks (when required)
Follow our age-appropriate activity plans (we will provide them)
Have trained or responsible staff for supervision
Follow safety & hygiene standards
Maintain a basic log of attendance and feedback
Example Earnings
3 kids × 5 hours (10 AM – 3 PM) = ₹250 × 3 × 5 = ₹3,750
→ Partner earns ₹2,6252 kids × 2 hours (6 PM – 8 PM) = ₹350 × 2 × 2 = ₹1,400
→ Partner earns ₹1,000
